Pakistan has played at all editions of the T20 World Cup. Their best result is winning the tournament in 2009. They also finished second 2007 and 2022.

In the 2024 tournament, Pakistan were knocked out in the group stage. Pakistan were also knocked out in the group stage in 2014 and 2016, but on every other occasion has made it to the last four of the tournament.
