The leading country on the 2024 Paris medal table was China, as they have done so since 2004. There were 79 countries that won at least one medal, and 65 countries that won at least one gold medal.

Mauritius, Nepal, and the Refugee Paralympic Team won their first-ever Paralympic medals.
