The 16 teams were divided into four groups of four. Each team played three group matches, with the top two from each group advancing to the knockout stage. The knockout rounds consist of quarterfinals, semifinals, and the final.

Prize Money Distribution

The total prize pool for UEFA Women's Euro 2025 is €41 million, more than double the €16 million from the 2022 tournament:
