The new sport of Bodyball was created by James Kent from the UK in November 2021. In Bodyball, players throw and knock the ball into a goal, with goalkeepers trying to block shots.

Teams of eight players try to either throw the ball or knock it with their body into a goal blocked by a goalkeeper. Teams pass the ball around whilst opposition players attempt to intercept their passes. Teams can try to force a turnover due to a 15-second maximum possession time limit.

Equipment Required: A small sponge Ball and goals.
