The 4th Major League Baseball Pre-Draft Combine was held from June 18-23, 2024, at Chase Field, Phoenix, Arizona. The combine involved a series of medical and performance assessments on potential baseball draft picks.

The Combine featured 318 Draft prospects. Not all combine participants took part in the fitness testing.
