The 1937 Copa América was held in Argentina. It was the 14th edition of the tournament.

The tournament saw the participation of six CONMEBOL nations—Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.

The event was conducted in a round-robin format where each team played against the others once, and Argentina emerged as the winner by finishing first in the standings, securing their fourth Copa América title.
