Copa América Winners List
The Copa América is the main men's football tournament contested among national teams from the South American Football Confederation. From 1916 until 1967, the tournament was called the South American Championship and it was played in a round-robin format. Since 1975, a final series is played, and for the first three years games were played on a home-and-away basis.
Here is the list of all winners of the tournament since the first in 1916. With their win in 2024 Argentina have the record of the most titles with 16. Next is Uruguay with 15 wins. Brazil is the only other country with a significant number of wins (9).

Guest Nations
Copa América has invited guest nations from CONCACAF in recent editions. Mexico has been the most frequent participant, finishing as runners-up in 1993 and 2001.
The United States and Jamaica have also competed, while Canada made their tournament debut in 2024, reaching the semifinals. Fans following these CONCACAF teams can find Copa América odds at Canadian betting sites and other North American sportsbooks.
